Lots of good news to brighten up an otherwise cold and grey spell of weather. Last week one of my ex doctoral students got a fantastic job offer and yesterday one of my current crop got through her viva with just some minor corrections to do. The kind of thing that makes it all seem worthwhile. Truly happy days!
